We added nothing.
Preparing matcha takes time. For a café or bar making many drinks every day, whisking, dosing and keeping matcha powder consistent is real effort. We looked for a ready-made solution that makes it easier.
What we found on the market was usually the opposite of what we wanted: flavourings, sweeteners, additives you don't need and aren't supposed to taste, but that are in there anyway. So at some point we decided to make the product we had been looking for ourselves. Just matcha and water, cold-filled, ready to use, with no compromise on ingredients.
It was important to us to stay close to what matcha originally is: the same recipes, the same care in selection, the same respect for the product.
